Obstacle course


This weeks challenge is to make an obstacle course for you and your family to enjoy. Think about what objects you can go over, under, around and through. You could make this in the house or outside. You could add in activities like star jumps or balances. Whatever you choose have fun.









Virtual school games

This year the school games competition has gone online so you can all join in.
All you need to do is complete the 4 activities and submit your scores. There is also a competition to design a flag for the school games. Let’s all get active and support our school in these games.

How to make gloop

Today we had fun making gloop. All you need is corn flour and water.

Put the corn flour in a bowl.
Add water to the bowl a little at a time.
Mix until you get a good consistency (not too wet. It should feel solid when you push on it with your hand, but slip through your fingers when you try to pick it up)

This week your challenge was to make a superhero mask. Here are some ideas to help you. 

You could use card, paper plates or felt to make your mask shape.




Then use paint, felt pens or collage material to decorate your mask.





Will you use sting or a stick on your mask?

Summer reading challenge - Join the silly squad

This year the reading challenge ran by the libraries has gone online. The challenge is to read at least 6 books during the school holiday and write a review of the books you have read. There are lots of activities on their website for you to enjoy too. What book will you choose to read first?

Fathers Day 21/6/2020

Make your dad something special this fathers day. Here are a few ideas you might like to try.

Have a picnic at the local park.



Camp out in your garden and look at the stars.
