 In English we have been writing poems about winter. Here are our diamanté poems using the format 1  noun, 2 adjectives, 3 verbs, 4 nouns, 3 adjectives, 2 verbs, 1 noun.

Rose and Giovanni win strictly

 We were very excited to return to school after the Christmas holidays to find out our favourite couple on Strictly Come Dancing had won. We made rose some flowers and made ourselves Strictly supporters trophies.

We are on Newsround

 This week we were filmed by Vicky and Sarah for Newsround. It was a very exciting experience. We were interviewed about being inspired by Rose on strictly. We also showed our work on deaf role models and our fantastic dancing.

Strictly inspired samba

 This week we have learnt a samba inspired by Rose on Strictly. 

Children's Remembrance Service

 On Tuesday the 9th of November we took part in the Children's Remembrance Service at the Memorial Park. This year we were celebrating the parks 100 year anniversary of the park opening. We met the Lord Mayor of Coventry, Deputy Lord Commander of the West Midlands and the Bishop of Coventry and walked behind the procession to the cenotaph. 

SEND active Cross Country run

 This morning we took part in a cross country competition with other schools coming to our school to compete. We are really proud of ourselves for trying our best and having fun.

Children In Need Fancy Dress Sing-A-Long

 Today we took part in a fancy dress sing-a-long for Children in Need. We learnt the song By My Side by Tom Grennan and had a brilliant time singing and dancing to the song.
