This week we were excited to visit our new library. It was opened by Aaron Ashmore on Tuesday and we all enjoyed visiting for a story with our teacher and some of our parents to celebrate its opening. There is new artwork and a treehouse as well as lots of new books.
At the end of our Victorian topic we were lucky to go to the Black Country Museum in Dudley. We had a great day exploring the old houses, sweet shop, canal, blacksmiths, church and of course going to a lesson in the Victorian school.
Today we took part in lots of different sports at Grangehurst Primary School. We enjoyed the cycling, tennis, dance and boccia and had a brilliant time. It was really great to work with the children from so many different primary schools.
This week some of our children have been to a training session to become Young Ambassadors for Coventry, they learnt how to greet people and worked with children from across the city getting ready for their new role. The children were very excited to receive their uniforms.

We were very excited to return to school after the Christmas holidays to find out our favourite couple on Strictly Come Dancing had won. We made rose some flowers and made ourselves Strictly supporters trophies.
