NDCS healthy body and mind
We learnt about things to make us happy and healthy. It's OK to have things like chocolate or McDonald's that we enjoy as long as we don't only have them. We need to enjoy both outdoor and indoor activities to keep us happy and healthy.
NDCS online safety
We learnt about how to keep safe online. We talked about keeping our private information secret and about not sharing photos we would feel embraced about if others saw them. We learnt we can say NO when we don't want our picture taken of feel uncomfortable.
