Archery and Boccia

Today we went out to the Alan Higgs centre to join in with some different activities. We enjoyed the archery but found it hurt our fingers. The boccia was fun and we enjoyed competing with different children from different schools.

Today year 4 went to show their skills at the AT7 centre.

We have enjoyed learning our songs and sharing them with our parents.

 

Young ambassadors conference

Today we went to the Young Ambassadors Conference to learn all about Japan who will be hosting the olympics and paralympics in Tokyo in 2020. We learnt some Japanese numbers, origami, flower arranging, taiko drumming, skipping and tried to make and eat sushi.

We started the day with an opening ceremony and learnt some exercises to start our day.
